About Us

The Colorado Truck & Tractor Pullers Association has been promoting truck and tractor pulls in the five-state region since 1972.  In the beginning, the Colorado Tractor Pullers Association hosted several events in the Colorado region.  As the years progressed and truck pulling became more popular, the group looked to build on that popularity.  Later, the Rocky Mountain Truck Pullers Association and the CTPA merged and became the Colorado Truck & Tractor Pullers Association.  Many years later, we now provide eight classes of pulling power (five tractor classes and three truck classes).
