Event Highlights

The Trip - Not as fun or exciting as Wolf Creek Pass on the way to Farmington, but we're glad to see some new faces and some faces we haven't seen in a while.

The Pull - Mitchell had a great pull - a solid track, a large crowd and beautiful weather. After several days of rain, it was a welcome relief for a calm night. The rain is very welcome, and can come back on Sunday. The street stock classes were a big hit, showcasing a lot of local talent in front of a large crowd.

We had a new member make his maiden voyage. We give a large CTTPA welcome to Chris Hayward and Frostbite. We look forward to seeing you at more CTTPA pulls.

Doug Meissinger made the jump to the Super Stock Tractor class in incredible fashion, laying down a very solid and crowd-pleasing run.

We were happy to seee mini rods make their appearance at Mitchell. The crowd liked what they saw, and it sounds like they will be back with us during our upcoming three-day weekend in late July.

The Second Generation Challenge continues in the Modified 4x4 Truck Class. Watch Brian Schwarz and Shawn Walker as they take control of dad's trucks (click name to watch videos).

See everyone in Calhan on July 24! - Our first three-day weekend, and we should have quite a bit of iron in attendance.

If you would like your copy of the 2008 CTTPA Rule Book, you can order yours today by e-mailing glen@cttpapull.com. The cost of the rule books are $5.95 each plus shipping and handling ($2.25 per order).

Thanks to the Mini-Rods from Wyoming for making a trip down to Mitchell. The crowd loved you, and we're looking forward to seeing you at Calhan!
